Throughout her career, Amanda has seen firsthand the value of involvement and participation when setting long-term goals and future direction for an organization. As a senior leader, Amanda has been involved in operations, policy development, stakeholder engagement, program and service reviews and organizational change management. She has experience in the area of strategy development and implementation across a broad spectrum of organizations. The scope of Amanda’s leadership influence has included multiple federal departments and agencies, central agencies such as Treasury Board Secretariat and Privy Council Office, provincial and local government bodies, industry and community representatives, First Nation groups, media, unions, and employees. Amanda has had responsibility for a range of real property programs and a diverse real estate portfolio consisting of over 6 million square feet with an annual operating and capital budget more than $200 Million. She has also been accountable for strategic management, communications, and corporate functions, which brings a broader organizational perspective to her work.

Through extensive exposure to complex business environments, Amanda has demonstrated a unique ability as a strategic systems-thinker, developing and implementing creative solutions that work in a government setting. This experience has contributed to Amanda’s consistent performance as an innovative and inspirational leader.
